The operation steps of the material tower

1.To fill the silo with feed, then start the feeding motor, manually pour the feed into the hopper, and then the motor drives the screw to suck the feed into the silo, and the level of the feed in the silo is determined by the “hopper” on the control box. full alarm” and “silo low alarm” indications.

When the feed in the silo is insufficient, the “silo low alarm” indicator light will flash and an alarm will sound to remind workers to add feed. When the silo is full, the “Silo Full Alarm” light is always on to remind you to stop adding feed to the silo.

2. Press the “manual/automatic mode” button, the red indicator light will light up, the machine will enter the manual mode, and the sensor will detect the valley signal and stop running. 

3.To press the “motor start/stop” button, the red indicator light is on, the motor starts, and the scraper is driven to start feeding. The feeding speed of the silo is related to the opening of the valve, the distance of the feeding pipe and the feeding pipe. related to the angle of inclination. 

4.To adjust the valve under the silo, there are two regulating pipes under the main silo, the first is to adjust the two plastic switches to change the feeding amount of the feeding pipeline.

Simultaneously open both plastic switches to increase delivery and pull down to decrease delivery.

The second is to adjust the stainless steel valve to change the conveying capacity of the pipeline. Push the stainless steel valve inward to decrease delivery and outward to increase delivery.

5.Press the “motor start/stop” button, the red indicator light goes out, and the motor stops working. 

6.Press the “Manual/Automatic Mode” button, the red indicator light goes out, and it will enter the automatic mode. At this time, the sensor detects the signal of the material level in the trough to realize the automatic control of the feeding.

7.When the “silo full alarm” and “silo insufficient alarm” indicators flash at the same time, the power control box is abnormal, and the conveying motor automatically stops working.

This situation is relatively rare, and it is usually caused by abnormal conditions, such as spring drop, broken chain, motor jam, etc., the power should be cut off first, then the power control box should be opened, and then the power should be turned on after troubleshooting.

When the feeding system is functioning properly, running the machinery is not too complicated and the user only needs two steps, the first step is to fill the silo with feed.

Step 2 is to press the “Manual/Automatic Mode” button to enter the automatic mode. When the “Silo Shortage Alert” alerts, the user only needs to add feed to the silo.
